Where are you based and what areas do you cover?

We're a locally-owned Finnish operator working across Sea Lapland — Kemi, Rovaniemi and Oulu. We run authentic day tours — northern lights chases, icetrek on the frozen sea, sight-skiing, snowshoe hikes in the Kivalot hills, plus day trips to Rovaniemi's Santa Claus Village and Oulu.

What is the best time of year to visit Finnish Lapland?

Kemi and Sea Lapland are magical from late autumn through early spring, with the best northern lights and icetrek conditions from October to March. Summer offers the midnight sun and easier hiking around the Kivalot hills. We're happy to suggest the best window for your interests.

Can you customise a private itinerary for our group?

Absolutely. Almost every tour we operate can be turned into a private, fully customised itinerary — different lodges, more days, extra activities, special diets, accessibility needs. Just tell us what you have in mind and we'll build it.

What should I bring on a day tour?

Comfortable walking shoes, a hat and sunscreen in summer, a light jacket for the evening, a refillable water bottle and your ID or passport for site entrances. Shoulders and knees should be covered when visiting churches and basilicas.

Do you pick us up from our hotel?

Yes. All of our tours include pickup and drop-off at your hotel or apartment in central Kemi at the agreed time — just tell us the address when you book.

What vehicles are used on the tours?

Tours run in air-conditioned cars, minivans or 7-seater SUVs depending on group size, always with a licensed English-speaking driver.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout. Bookings are confirmed instantly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts for a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather or safety, you always get a full refund.

Are your tours family-friendly?

Yes — we work with several family-friendly lodges that welcome children, with appropriate activities, kid-sized life jackets and family rooms. Just let us know the ages and we'll recommend the right option.
